Job description

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a highly respected Ambulatory Surgery Center specializing in general anesthesia dentistry, oral surgery and comprehensive dental care in Pensacola, FL and we are looking to hire an experienced, patient-centered Anesthesiologist to join a dedicated surgical team providing safe, high-quality anesthesia care to pediatric and special needs patients. Schedule: Full-Time (3+ days / week) | No Call | No Weekends or Holidays What You'll Do Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients Partner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care Manage anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR day Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in a fast-paced ASC environment What We Are Looking For Qualifications & Experience Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients Active, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensure Current BLS and AHA PALS certification; PALS required within 6 months of hire National Board Certification strongly preferred Comfortable practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models Skills & Attributes Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and surgical environments Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude Patient-centered approach focused on safety, comfort, and quality care If you're an experienced Anesthesiologist who values quality care, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for pediatric patients, we'd love to hear from you.
