Job description

The Essentials:

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Full-Time | On-site | 1:5 Home call with minimal call back. Rare Weekend cases. First Call Thursday and Friday only for major plastic reconstructions. All call taken with CRNAs.

Locations: Hospital and Outpatient Surgery Center - Fairlawn, OH

What you'll do:

  • Work hand-in-hand with CCOC leadership to coordinate anesthesia operations in designated units.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine anesthesia needs.
  • Administer local, intravenous, or spinal anesthesia with precision and care.
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of anesthesia type, dosage, and patient response.
  • Be part of a respected, patient-first medical organization. Collaborate with experienced professionals in a supportive, team-focused culture. Make a meaningful impact on patient safety and comfort every day.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred; 1-3 years of leadership experience a plus.Experience in orthopedic regional to include interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, saphenous and popliteal blocks preferred.
