We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Anesthesiologist to provide comprehensive anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures. Provide Expert Anesthesia Care
As an Anesthesiologist, you will be an integral part of the surgical team, providing expert anesthesia services to patients undergoing various procedures, including orthopedics, OB/GYN, and ophthalmology cases. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments, including reviewing patient medical history and performing physical examinations.
  • Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans based on patient needs and surgical requirements.
  • Administer anesthesia and monitor patients' vital signs throughout surgical procedures.
  • Manage post-operative pain and ensure smooth patient recovery.
  • Provide emergency airway management and resuscitation as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance anesthesia services.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
Qualifications:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Active and unrestricted North Dakota medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
  • Current ACLS, PALS, BLS, and DEA certifications.
  • 1 years of anesthesia experience.
  • Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques (blocks), lumbar punctures, and intubation preferred.
Schedule:
  • Full-time position.
  • 12-hour shifts preferred (7:30 AM - 7:30 PM).
  • Optional call rotation (in-house or beeper).
Compensation and Benefits:
  • W2 Employment:
    • $375/hour (~$780,000 annually).
    • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), CME allowance, and liability coverage.
  • 1099 Independent Contractor:
    • $395/hour (~$800,000 annually).
    • Liability coverage.
  • Additional Bonuses:
    • $15,000 relocation bonus.
    • $30,000 retention bonus (paid over 3 years).
  • Call Pay: Up to $1,100 per day stipends.
