Compensation: W-2 up to $440,000 (Full Time)

East Alabama Medical Center–Lanier is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our outpatient anesthesia team at a well-run Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). This is a rare opportunity offering excellent compensation, minimal hours, and unmatched work-life balance.
Position Highlights

  • 100% outpatient / ambulatory cases

  • No call. No nights. No weekends. No holidays. No OB

  • 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) – Fridays OFF

  • Average 30-hour workweek

  • ACT model with medical direction 1:2 (75%) and 1:1 (25%)

  • Facility has 5 ORs, running a maximum of 2–3 rooms at a time

  • 8 weeks of vacation for full-time physicians
  • Friendly, collegial staff and efficient workflows
