Job description

OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center, a designated Level I trauma center in Rockford, IL, is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join its fast-paced practice. This role offers the opportunity to work with outstanding surgeons and support staff in a dynamic environment. The position provides comprehensive anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical procedures, serving the diverse community of Rockford.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
  • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
  • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
  • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
  • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Compensation

  • Salary: $500,000 annually
  • Sign-on bonus: $100,000
