US Anesthesia Partners Colorado is the premier physician‑owned and led practice in Colorado with long‑standing relationships spanning decades in the region with some of the largest hospital systems in Colorado including AdventHealth and Health One (HCA). If you’re seeking clinical and lifestyle flexibility along with the ability to tailor your practice, our private practice is worth exploring. We have a new Associate Physician role for those seeking flexibility with FTE requirements but still want the benefits of being an employed physician. This allows you to choose your FTE from 0.75 – 1.00 with varying vacation and call requirement packages. Health benefits, 401k match & quarterly profit sharing and medical malpractice are all offered by the group.

You will have the ability to tailor your practice with USAP Colorado – cases include OB, trauma, CV, transplant, peds, regional, neuro, ortho, cardiac, etc. And you will be regionalized into a smaller 2‑3 hospital region of your choice within Denver. We also work with the HCA Residency program at Swedish if you have a desire to participate in the program. As part of US Anesthesia Partners' locally‑focused physician‑owned and led network, we are governed by our local physicians, so all decisions regarding clinical governance, compensation, vacation, recruiting, etc. are made by our local anesthesiologists. USAP Colorado performs in the top 10% nationally for patient satisfaction and utilizes a state‑of‑the‑art IT infrastructure. On a national level, we have the ability to collaborate between practices and centralizing our economies of scale allows us to invest in the anesthesia practice of tomorrow.

Qualifications
  • All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
  • Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology.
  • Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
