Strong performance optimization and architecture experience
Senior mobile developer - this team is 100% android. Maybe down the road they do IOS but not focus on ANDROID
Leadership background for someone that has coached other developers. Not officially acting position as a manager but has been assigned as part of his/her daily duties. Soft skills are super important. 
his person is going to be coordinating the work of a offshore team that I have in India, okay, team of experienced developers as well. So, this guy needs to be able to handle that part. critical thinking, good communication skills
Contract to start with- Carnival is in a hiring freeze, and they don''t have any headcount approve but down the road his goal is to convert this person to FTE
