Job description

Mobile Equipment Operator
2nd Shift 

Starting Pay - $20.25 + .50 per hour shift premium 

JOB SUMMARY:

Our facility has an immediate opening for experienced Mobile Equipment Operators on 2nd Shift. Mobile Equipment Operators include Order Pickers and Sit-Down Forklift Operators.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Operate tugger, sit-down forklift, or stand-up reach forklift in a safe manner
  • Operate mobile equipment to move product within warehouse, fulfill orders, and load trucks as needed
  • Unload trucks and put inventory away
  • Pull product for required orders
  • Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high for sit-down forklift, up to 40 feet high for stand-up reach forklift
  • Load trucks with empty dunnage
  • Lift 20 – 40 pounds frequently

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum one-year related warehouse experience
  • Stand-up reach forklift/sit-down forklift experience: 1 year

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 

  • Must be able to pass a post-offer drug screen and background check
  • Valid State Issued Driver's License
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Ability to effectively interact with people
  • Able to work weekends when volunteered or required
  • Have a history of safe work practices
  • Be a team player, who is flexible and adaptable to change
