The role

We're looking for a Solutions Engineer based in Boston to support customers and prospects across the LATAM region, while also collaborating on global opportunities when needed.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success. You'll work closely with prospects and customers throughout the sales processes, technical evaluations and onboarding journey, helping them understand how our solutions fit into their mobile security strategy.

You are someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer interaction. You can explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and thrive in a highly collaborative, international environment.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US at the time of application. Please note that we are unable to provide visa or work permit sponsorship for this role.

So, what will you be doing all day?
  • Support the Sales team during sales processes, demo's, customer meetings, events and Proof of Concepts.
  • Guide prospects and customers through onboarding and implementation processes.
  • Help customers optimize their product setup and configuration to maximize value from our solutions.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey.
  • Assist with technical support and configuration-related questions in collaboration with Support and Engineering teams.
  • Deliver product demos and technical presentations to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Provide valuable feedback from customers and prospects back to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in mobile security, reverse engineering, and application protection technologies.
  • Collaborate with international teams across different regions and time zones.
This is the perfect job for someone who has
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Experience in a Solutions Engineering, PreSales or similar customer-facing technical role with a SaaS or Software Product company.
  • Strong coding and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Experience working with Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.
  • Familiarity with Android and/or iOS application development.
  • Familiarity with Android Studio, Gradle, Xcode, and mobile build processes.
  • An interest in mobile application security and cybersecurity concepts.
  • The ability to communicate technical concepts confidently to developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
  • Experience within cybersecurity or application security.
  • Familiarity with our products (ProGuard, DexGuard, iXGuard, ...).
  • Experience with reverse engineering and commonly used tooling.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in industries such as banking, FSI, or fintech.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
