Familiarity with tools such as Android Studio, version control systems like Git, and understanding of APIs and third-party libraries are typically required, while official certifications (such as Google’s Associate Android Developer) can be advantageous. Excellent problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams help set candidates apart.
