About the Role We are looking for a creative and culturally fluent Part-Time Social Media Specialist to join our team in Toronto

In this role, you will own our RedNote, presence end-to-end, from strategy and content creation to community engagement and trend-spotting, with a specific focus on reaching and resonating with the Asian community in Canada. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands the nuances of the Asian-Canadian experience, and can move quickly to create content that feels native to the platform and authentic to the audience. Key Responsibilities Content Creation Production: Design and produce "scroll-stopping" static notes and short-form videos tailored for RedNote's food, beauty, and lifestyle niches.

AI Integration Leverage AI tools ($ChatGPT$, $Midjourney$, $Runway$, $CapCut$) to brainstorm hooks, generate visuals, and accelerate your editing workflow. Brand Voice Translate our brand identity into the native "RedNote language", balancing professional quality with the platform's signature "vlog-style" intimacy. Account Management Strategy Manage the publishing calendar, optimizing for high-traffic windows and keyword SEO within the RedNote algorithm.

Engagement Be the voice of our brand in the comments and DMs. We don't just "reply", we build relationships and foster community trust. Analytics Track metrics to turn raw data into actionable content pivots.
