We are looking for a professional, customer-focused Lexus Concierge and Delivery Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional ownership experience by helping guests fully understand and enjoy all the features and technology in their new Lexus vehicle.

The ideal candidate is patient, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a world-class luxury experience. This position plays a critical role in guest satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship building.

Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle Delivery Experience
  • Deliver new and pre-owned Lexus vehicles to guests in a professional and personalized manner
  • Ensure every guest fully understands their vehicle before leaving the dealership
  • Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds and explain key features, functions, and benefits
  • Review ownership materials, dealership resources, and service information with guests
  • Ensure all delivery paperwork and vehicle preparation steps are completed accurately
Technology Support
  • Educate guests on Lexus technology and multimedia systems including:
    • Lexus Interface
    • Navigation
    • Bluetooth and phone connectivity
    • Apple CarPlay & Android Auto
    • Lexus App functionality
    • Driver assistance and safety systems
    • Audio, climate, and personalization settings
  • Pair guest smartphones and assist with setup of connected services
  • Answer guest questions regarding vehicle technology during and after delivery
  • Provide follow-up support to ensure guests remain comfortable with their vehicle features
Guest Experience & Ownership Support
  • Build long-term relationships with guests throughout their ownership experience
  • Deliver a luxury-level customer service experience at every interaction

  • Support dealership events, product demonstrations, and guest clinics when needed
Dealership Support
