1st Shift/$35-$40/hr/Full-Time

Overview:

Aegis Worldwide is curently partnered with a manufacturer and marketer of resin-based home consumer products with over 60 years of global leadership. This company continues to set trends and lead the market with its ever-evolving product range and advanced production technologies.

**Requirements: **

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control standards.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in injection molding maintenance, preferably with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Responsibilites:

  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians in daily preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
  • Ensure the reliability and availability of all molding machinery, robotics, conveyors, chillers, dryers, and other associated equipment.
  • Assign and prioritize work orders, monitor progress, and provide technical support to the team as needed.
  • Maintain and develop preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with OEM specifications and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality departments to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
  • Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring issues.
