Infinium Wall Systems is seeking a hands-on, field-confident Installation / Field Operations Coordinator to support demountable wall

projects throughout the country. This is a full-time position based at our Strongsville, Ohio headquarters with extensive nationwide

travel.

This role requires a strong construction background and the ability to independently represent Infinium in the field. The coordinator will

• Develop and maintain full working knowledge of how to install Infinium wall systems, including system components, installation

methods, sequencing, and field requirements.

• Develop and maintain full working knowledge of Infinium door types and associated hardware, including proper installation,

adjustment, troubleshooting, and field diagnosis.

• Provide hands-on installation support for Infinium wall systems, doors, and hardware when required.

• Review site conditions and identify potential installation, measurement, fabrication, or coordination concerns before they impact the

project.

• Perform a thorough diagnosis of on-site issues and relay clear, actionable information to the Production and Fabrication teams.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Project Management team regarding VIFs, job-site readiness, installation

progress, deficiencies, and project concerns.

• Communicate professionally and confidently with general contractors, site superintendents, customers, installers, and other trades.

• Troubleshoot field conditions and determine the information needed for internal teams to develop an effective solution.

• Accurately document measurements, site conditions, deficiencies, installation issues, and relevant project details.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure field information is complete, accurate, and communicated in a timely manner.

Main Requirements

• Construction experience required; carpentry and/or glazing experience strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of job-site conditions, field measurements, construction tolerances, and installation practices.

• Ability and confidence to obtain VIFs independently without direct field supervision.

• Ability to learn and demonstrate complete knowledge of Infinium wall systems, door types, hardware, and installation procedures.

• Willing and able to travel approximately 60–70% of the year throughout the United States.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relay technical field information clearly.

• Ability to accurately communicate field conditions and technical issues back to Project Management, Production, and Fabrication.

• Comfortable working directly with general contractors, superintendents, customers, installers, and other construction professionals.

• Organized, dependable, self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable working independently while traveling
