At Wingstop, every role matters. As a Shift Lead, you will play a critical role in guiding the team, supporting operations, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.


Position Summary

The Shift Lead supports daily restaurant operations by supervising team members, ensuring operational standards are met, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role serves as a leader on duty and works closely with management to maintain performance, quality, and service standards.


Essential Functions

As a Shift Lead, you will:

  • Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members
  • Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
  • Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet Wingstop standards
  • Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting
  • Delegate tasks effectively to maintain efficiency during peak business periods
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Compensation

Pay Range: $15 per hour – $15.5 per hour

This position is eligible for applicable minimum wage laws, and compensation will comply with all federal, state, and local wage requirements.
