What You'll Do:

  • Monitor and maintain pool safety equipment and towel inventory.

  • Coordinate guest greetings and ensure immediate provision of towels upon arrival.

  • Supervise recreational activities such as pool movie nights and children's programs, partnering with vendors for interactive experiences.

  • Prepare weekly schedules for recreation attendants and coach the team for peak performance.

  • Manage issuance and inventory of recreational equipment and pool furniture upkeep.

  • Attend departmental meetings and collaborate across teams to enhance guest experiences.

  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards.

  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.

  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include:

  • Excellent guest service skills

  • Excellent oral/written communication skills

  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. and pull/push 100 lbs

  • High school degree

  • Minimum one-year supervisory experience in a pool area or hotel industry

  • CPR/First Aid certified
