  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Salesforce.
  • At least two project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of the Salesforce platforms.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce solutions with CPQ, ย Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $92,118 to $202,730. A Solutions Architect plays a highly hands-on role in shaping client success. This individual is deeply involved in writing user stories, overseeing testing efforts, and building strong relationships with both the client and the Product Owner to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate is expected to have expert-level knowledge of Salesforce, with proficiency in two or more Clouds, including hands-on experience with CPQ or Revenue Cloud. While a programming background is not required, the Solutions Architect must demonstrate strong capabilities in client presales and presentations, team leadership, and strategic thought leadership. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, business insight, and interpersonal skills to drive impactful solutions in the financial services domain.

You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. You will also contribute to a variety of roles in thought leadership, mentorship, systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation.   • Own and aggressively drive forward specific areas of technology architecture. Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation.
