Reporting directly to the SeniorMarketing Manager, this roleis responsible foradvancinganddeliveringstrategic marketingcommunicationsinitiativesthat strengthen Anchor QEA's brandand engage key audiences across digital, social, and earned media channels.


  • Ability toconceptualize and implement a cohesive social media and digital content strategythrough LinkedIn and Instagram, aligned with Anchor QEA's brand voice, tone, and mission.
  • Must have8-10+years of professional experiencemanaging social channels-creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging posts (text, graphic, and preferably video), and curating content from subject-matter experts and internal staff teams.
  • Strongwriting and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail; comfortable drafting captions/posts, and proofreading content for clarity, tone, and brand consistency.
  • Experienceand initiativecollaborating cross-functionally-working with marketing, design, content, technical, and project teams-to surface compelling storiesabout Anchor QEA's environmental science and engineering work and translate technical projects into accessible content for clients and communities.
  • Strong long-form writing skills, with experience developing articles and project stories thathighlight the firm's technicalexpertisein a clear,engaging wayforexternalpublication, includingcompanywebsiteand earned media outlets.
  • Experience drafting press releases and media advisories thatcommunicate project wins, milestones, and company announcementswith accuracy and consistency.

What Are We Looking For?

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • 8-10+ years of relevant professional marketing or communication experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with marketing software/tools; HubSpot experience highly preferred
  • Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Other Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $88,000-$104,000
  • Annual Bonus
  • Other potential bonus types: Billable Time Bonus, Spot Bonus, Milestone Anniversary Bonus, Receiving Professional License/Certification Bonus, Peer-reviewed Publication Bonus, Employee Referral Bonus.

Base Level Benefits for Regular Full-Time Positions:

  • Paid Company and Floating Holidays: 7 paid company and 2 floating holidays annually
  • Vacation: 2 weeks accrued paid vacation based on length of service. Vacation may vary by level.
