Job Purpose:

Recruit applicants and manage candidates through the interview and selection process. Assist team members with People Operations procedures, policies, onboarding, and general HR-related questions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing the entirerecruitment processfrom sourcing to onboarding end-to-end.
  • Ability to facilitate and explain all orientation information to include but not limited to benefits, dental, health options, safety, and company policies.
  • Assist in formulating competitiverecruitment strategiesfor the organization.
  • Identifying effective recruitment channels and leveraging them to source high-caliber candidates.
  • Ability to work outside of and in addition to normally scheduled hours as required.
  • Additional duties may be assigned depending on the company’s needs.
  • Attend job fairs, and develop strong relationships within the community.
  • Develop partnerships with vocational schools, universities, and any other facilities that may improve the recruiting process.
Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Education/Experience:

Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience in HR. 3-5 years of specific work experience in recruitment in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Relationship and Roles:
  • This position will report directly to the Director of People Operations.
  • This position interacts with all levels of Anchor team members and others as needed.
