This position is located in Conroe, TX at the College of Osteopathic Medicine.
As a Student Assistant you will provide administrative support to the Medical Student Affairs team, and other departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and document management. Assist with the organization and coordination of various events and activities for medical students, such as orientations and seminars. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the student experience. Perform general office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution.
Other Requirements for the Position
Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Preferred experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
