Responsibilities

Assumes organization-wide responsibility for leading and coordinating activities related to the hospital's journey to obtain and maintain Magnet designation. Acts as a resource and liaison between the Chief Nursing Officer and others to assess and facilitate organizational readiness.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.2. Masters Degree in Nursing preferred.3. Maintains current expert knowledge of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program requirements.4. Excellent computer skills are required including proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access).5. Demonstrates experience in managing complex projects. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $96,720-$140,088 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
