Department: Nursing Administration

Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift, 7:30am-4:00pm

Facility: St. Mary's of Nazareth Hospital

Location: Chicago, IL 60622


Assumes organization-wide responsibility for leading and coordinating activities related to the hospital’s journey to obtain and maintain Magnet designation. Acts as a resource and liaison between the Chief Nursing Officer and others to assess and facilitate organizational readiness.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING


1. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.

2. Masters Degree in Nursing preferred.

3. Maintains current expert knowledge of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® requirements.

4. Excellent computer skills are required including proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access).

5. Demonstrates experience in managing complex projects. Detail oriented, exceptional organizational skills.
