JOB OVERVIEW: 

Join our dynamic Management Development Rotational Program designed to fast-track recent graduates into leadership roles within our organization. This comprehensive, structured program spans 2 years, offering hands-on experience across various functions of operations management, including supply chain, customer service, logistics, quality assurance, production, and project management.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Rotate through various departments, gaining a broad understanding of operational processes and strategies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to operational challenges.
  • Lead and contribute to projects that support strategic business goals.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, demonstrating insights and recommendations based on rotational experiences.
  • Develop leadership skills through mentoring, training sessions, and on-the-job learning.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Computer literacy skills, especially with Microsoft Office suite, and basic data entry and computation.
