Job Description
Through the combination of creative and strategic thinking, and a focus on the smallest details, the efforts of the Management Reporting and Analysis team have a significant impact on the company's results. This team provides guidance to company leadership through analysis of company operations and by providing financial reporting as a basis for strategic decisions and improving operating performance. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role will be essential to the overall corporate communication of financial results and identification for opportunities to improve profitability.

Your impact:
Assist in the coordination of the Monthly Business Review assembly and reporting by producing P&L's, updating dashboards and presenting to key business leaders
Manage the monthly Bill Rate reporting dashboard in support of identifying key trends and opportunities, as well as supporting the Deal Desk in driving sales efficiencies
Provide guidance and custom analysis to establish strong profit and expense management tools, strategy and controls - Including levers such as: pricing, revenue mix, project/client profitability, capacity planning, utilization, erosion, etc.
Collaborate with other team members in support of business unit operations requests
Prepare reports, presentations and other documentation as required by all levels of management
Act as a key business partner to the Business Unit and Internal financial leads
Ad hoc analysis and reporting to all levels of management
Qualifications Your Skills and Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience within FP&A or financial operations
Committed, detail oriented, self-starter with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
Communication skills to convey complex metrics and analysis clearly and accurately to internal teams and all levels of management
Demonstrated ability to theorize, develop and refine creative financial/operational models
Strong Excel skills including experience with financial/operational model building
Work well under pressure and deadlines in a fast-paced organization
Microsoft Power BI - Business data analytics and Oracle Business Intelligence experience preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree required
