We are a fast-growing 24/7 emergency restoration company specializing in commercial and residential property restoration. Our team responds to water, fire, storm, mold, and other property damage emergencies with a commitment to quality, urgency, and exceptional customer service.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee restoration projects from initial loss through final completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in managing multiple restoration projects simultaneously.

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing commercial and residential restoration projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the restoration process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage restoration projects from emergency response through final completion.
  • Oversee commercial and residential restoration jobs including water, fire, mold, storm, and reconstruction projects.
  • Develop project scopes, estimates, schedules, and budgets.
  • Utilize Xactimate to prepare accurate estimates and supplements.
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment resources.
  • Monitor project progress, costs, and profitability.
  • Maintain strong communication with property owners, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements.
  • Review job documentation, photographs, and project files for accuracy and completeness.
  • Resolve project challenges and customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Mentor and support project managers and field personnel as needed.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience in restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, or related construction industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in Xactimate required.
  • Strong knowledge of water, fire, mold, and storm restoration processes.
  • Experience managing both commercial and residential projects.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of insurance restoration claims and estimating.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
