Requirements:
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Project Manager with experience in both waterfall and Agile delivery who demonstrates strong critical thinking, ownership, and execution leadership. This individual will be responsible for driving complex initiatives from concept through delivery by gaining a deep understanding of project scope, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, and accountable, with the ability to identify risks, remove obstacles, and guide teams toward the right outcomes. This role requires someone who can think strategically while executing tactically, ensuring projects deliver measurable business value.
Required Qualifications
โ€ข 15+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs in a large enterprise or federal government environment (at least 5 years in the agile world and 5 years in traditional waterfall delivery)
โ€ข Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management and work tracking.
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution.
โ€ข Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
โ€ข Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
โ€ข PMP and CSM or Safe SM certifications
โ€ข Experience working with enterprise technology or digital delivery teams.
