Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage strategic projects and company objectives as assigned by management.
  • Coordinate activities between departments to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and accountability measures.
  • Facilitate meetings and communicate project status to management and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and identify obstacles that may impact completion.
  • Work with department leaders and employees to ensure assigned action items are completed.
  • Assist in developing and documenting processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
  • Maintain project documentation and provide periodic progress reports.
  • Analyze workflows and recommend solutions to improve performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate implementation of new systems, procedures, and business initiatives.
  • Assist with company-wide objectives, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Work closely with outside vendors, consultants, and internal teams as required.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support management with research, analysis, and special assignments.
