The Program Manager will be responsible for leadership, development, implementation and management of specific core applications in the company. Location & Travel Details: The position offers the option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Primary Administration of assigned core applications. Assist in the planning, design and development of enhancements to core applications and provide recommendations on new programs being considered. Meet with decision makers, process owners and end users to help define business requirements and systems goals and identify and resolve core business applications issues. Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing applications and help develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems. Assist all users with core application-related questions and concerns. Develop, execute and document test plans for all core application enhancements and upgrades. Help plan and build application roadmaps and conduct or coordinate training on core applications as needed. Serve on task teams (Application Vendor Analysis, Process and Policy Research, etc.).

Work with internal and external auditors as needed. Maintain and enhance skills through formal and informal training opportunities. Travel to project site locations as needed to ensure implementation and user adoption success. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Work Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Management Information Systems, Business or other related field or 5-7 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with programs such as Procore or InEight preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Take reasonable care of your own and others' health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward the company's Zero Injury principles. Proven experience with Viewpoint, Procore, B2W and other the company core applications.

Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and familiarity with software tools such as InEight, Procore, and HCSS. Work effectively with teams utilizing a customer centered approach. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of users, managers, and customers.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

When visiting jobsites, the work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions. This work environment may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noises.
