As a part of our Discovery team, you'll help provide legal support for all our products and businesses. We're looking for a Program Manager with strong operational, analytical, and communication skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with significant experience in discovery technology and program development. This role sits within Apple's Discovery team and is an opportunity to be part of something being built from the ground up. As a Program Manager supporting a team focused on Discovery analytics and review, you'll help shape the foundation of a new program by establishing best practices, driving process improvements, and exploring how to leverage AI to transform how the organization approaches analytics and review work. This is a role for someone who's energized by building, curious about emerging technology, and ready to make a lasting impact.
6+ years of in-house, law firm or vendor discovery experienceSignificant experience leading complex discovery projects or program management Strong technology aptitude, with knowledge of common discovery tools, project management tools, database management, and AI solutionsExcellent operational, communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills
Meaningful in-house or equivalent experience and experience managing discovery in litigation and regulatory investigations in a corporate settingDemonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and effectively in a positive and practical mannerInterest in and ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and take ownership of projects while balancing time, quality, cost, and riskExperience using data analysis to identify trends, surface insights, and support informed decision-makingRelevant certification in project management or discovery technology (e.g. Project Management Professional, Relativity Certified Administrator, Certified E-Discovery Specialist)Ability to foster and facilitate teamwork by cultivating relationships, collaborating, and effectively communicating with teammates and cross-functional partners in the pursuit of team goals
