Position Overview

The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Reporting and Analytics Director will be responsible for leading, shaping and enhancing our reporting and analytics function to deliver on the outcomes aligned with our Board-approved DEI strategy. We ensure complete, accurate and timely reporting to our regulator, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), and we use data to inform our DEI program design and decisions. Your Impact:

This role is a solutions-oriented leader with demonstrated experience in leading a team of problem solvers working with complex large data sets. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Provide complete, timely and accurate data and reporting to key stakeholders including senior management, the Board of Directors and our regulator, FHFA.
  2. Lead, coach and actively develop a team of reporting and analytic professionals.
  3. Characterize trends, identify intelligence and provide insights about the DEI strategy and programs to support decision-making.
  4. Ensure DEI data is protected, governed and handled with care. Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  5. Develop, modify and execute division and company policies and/or procedures that affect operations.
  6. Establish operational objectives and work plans delegating assignments to team members as needed. Implement strategic practices and processes when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for delivering obtaining results.
  7. Establish and adhere to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.

Qualifications

  1. 12+ years of related experience and 4+ years management experience.
  2. College degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  3. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  4. Strong project management skills to handle complex projects simultaneously.
  5. Strong quantitative, analytic, and data management skills, as well as a basic understanding of relational databases.

  1. Ability to work well under pressure, with proven time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and organize complex information.
  2. Comfortable in the space between no longer and not yet.
  3. Ability to develop mutually beneficial relationships inside and outside of DEI.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $190,000 - $286,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
