Team Overview Reporting to the SVP of Sales, this role will be responsible for leading the overall sales strategy, execution, and performance for the Identity, Audiences, Insights and Measurement business within the Media & Entertainment vertical.

Reporting to the SVP of Sales, this role will be responsible for leading the overall sales strategy, execution, and performance for the Identity, Audiences, Insights and Measurement business within the Media & Entertainment vertical. This role oversees sales teams focused on new business and upsell across the media & entertainment vertical within Diversified Markets, focused on identity extracts, appends & resolution, audience usage, activation, and measurement and revenue growth across all media platforms, publishers, digital out of home, audio, data providers, Adtech/Martech providers, AI companies, entertainment brands, and connected TV among other sub verticals within the Media & Entertainment space. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
  • Drive adoption and revenue growth across identity, audience activation, insights, and measurement solutions by partnering with clients, publishers, platforms, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and execute sales strategies that accelerate solution adoption, expand client usage, and achieve bookings (ACV) and revenue targets across new and existing accounts.
  • Manage sales performance through pipeline reviews, forecasting, KPI tracking, quota management, and coaching teams to advance opportunities and drive business outcomes.
  • Serve as a senior client and partner escalation point, building executive-level relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring successful solution deployment and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate across sales, product, finance, and vertical teams to optimize pricing strategies, identify growth opportunities, improve revenue forecasting, and drive overall business performance.
Required Knowledge and Experiences
  • 15+ years of experience working within the media and entertainment space
  • 10+ Years Experience in Marketing Solutions Sales with specific expertise in Identity, Audiences and Measurement
  • 7+ years of experience in sales and/or partner management roles with revenue goals with a specific focus in new business (hunting).
  • Proven track record of working cross functionally to solve problems and identify opportunities for growth.

Pay Scale Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $134,400.00 - $295,600.00. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job‑related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Certain positions may be also eligible for long‑term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
