The below job opportunity is with one of our clients who is a global information technology company that provides high-performance and industry-focused solutions integrated with leading-edge security to clients in government, financial services and commercial markets. Their offerings include security software and services, digital transformation and workplace services, industry applications and services, and innovative software operating environments for high-intensity enterprise computing. Job Description Job Title: Collections Analyst, Assoc Location: Draper, UT, 84020 Duration: 6 Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Hybrid This role will support the collections team in the execution and delivery of the team's strategic and operational initiatives. The collections team is responsible for the end to end collections process across all Client entities (Client.com LLC, Divvy, and Invoice2Go), and includes reviewing each account to determine the best way to approach the client, then executing their plan to bring in the maximum amount of revenue. The ideal candidate brings collections knowledge and experience, possesses a customer centric mindset, and is able to contribute strongly individually and as part of a small but high performing team to optimize collection efforts and deliver on critical financial targets. We'd love to chat if you have: 1-2+ years of direct collections experience preferably in ecommerce, payments, financial service or a similar industry Has proven ability to learn, adapt and train new processes and procedures Logical and rational thinker with demonstrated data analysis and investigative skills Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills - must have ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously Nice Have's: Knowledge of payment processing methods including ACH, check, digital wallet, international payments, virtual and credit cards A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Operations Management is a plus TekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity. New agents need to get used to using is their feet and their mouth because they're going to be walking around talking to folks face to face. Will need to be able to manage an iPad, manage a checkout system, and manage a like root-based map system. It's not exactly all pen and paper. Someone does need to be able to use a cursory level of technology to succeed in the role. Training will be provided for first week.
