As an Associate Analyst, you'll help transform research into the reports, presentations, and insights that healthcare leaders use to make better decisions. Working alongside Senior and Principal Analysts, you'll develop skills in storytelling, data interpretation, and visual communication while contributing to meaningful work that impacts the healthcare industry.

What You'll Do

  • Create high-quality deliverables, including presentations, summaries, and report components.
  • Translate research findings into clear narratives, visuals, and structured storylines.
  • Apply established templates, formatting standards, and editorial guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while communicating progress and escalating obstacles when needed.
  • Support a variety of healthcare markets and research areas, gaining broad industry exposure.
  • Participate in provider research calls and market research activities to build subject-matter knowledge.
  • Develop expertise in analysis, communication, visual storytelling, and stakeholder-focused content creation through coaching and mentorship.

What You Bring

The salary range for this role starts at $60,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidateโ€™s relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
