People Analytics & Automation Analyst

The People Analytics & Automation Analyst plays a critical role supporting the HR function by driving efficiency, data integrity, and analytical insight across the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on automating manual workflows, building scalable reporting solutions, and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations that improve how HR operates and makes decisions. The ideal candidate combines a continuous improvement mindset with hands-on technical expertise, consistently seeking smarter ways to work and bringing those solutions to life. This individual will leverage AI tools, modern analytics platforms, and strong business acumen to reduce manual effort, surface meaningful workforce trends, and ensure HR leadership has the timely, accurate information needed to act with confidence.

This role is fully onsite out of our HQ in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Automation & AI Tool Integration (35%)
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate recurring reports and manual workflows using AI-assisted tools and reduce manual effort across people analytics processes
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance data processing, pattern recognition, and narrative generation for HR insights
Data Validation & Process Improvement (25%)
  • Perform routine data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across HR systems and reporting inputs
  • Document data processes and standardize reporting frameworks to improve consistency across teams
Business Analytics & Insight Generation (25%)
  • Analyze workforce and operational data to surface trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity across business units
  • Translate data findings into clear, concise summaries that support decisions and business outcomes
Reporting, Dashboarding & Performance Monitoring (15%)
  • Maintain and create new reporting tools to track key HR KPIs
  • Partner with People Analytics staff to deliver timely and accurate reports to HR leadership with clear takeaways and actionable recommendations
Qualifications

Required:

  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate data workflows and generate insights
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to connect data to business outcomes
  • Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization
  • Experience building or maintaining dashboards in Power BI
  • Familiarity with data validation techniques and maintaining data quality standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences

Preferred:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience working with HR or workforce data, along with a working knowledge of SQL and Power Query
  • Proficiency in Workday reporting including the ability to design, build, and maintain custom reports and dashboards
