  • Work closely with developers, investment managers, attorneys, and lenders on valuation-related matters.
  • Assist in litigation-related valuation by providing expert financial analysis for real estate disputes.

What Makes You Successful in This Role

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Business. A MAI designation or Argus experience is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in real estate valuation, investment analysis, or property appraisal.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Argus, and real estate financial modeling.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate investment, development trends, and property risk assessment.
  • Communication: Ability to present valuation results clearly to financial, legal, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and effective research skills.

Why Youโ€™ll Love It Here

Marshall & Stevens provides hands-on experience in litigation valuation, forensic accounting, and expert witness support. You will work on high-stakes financial disputes and gain exposure to legal proceedings, financial modeling, and valuation techniques that impact high-profile cases.
