You will act as a key technical hands-on contributor, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation while helping drive enterprise-level data and analytics initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design, build, and optimize high-performance reporting solutions using Duck Creek Clarity across Claims, Policy, Billing, Finance, or Data Foundation modules.
  • Develop complex SQL queries, data pipelines, and analytics transformations using Snowflake to support downstream reporting and BI tools.

  • Perform data modeling and mapping to align Duck Creek data structures with analytical and enterprise reporting environments.

  • Work closely with business teams, data engineers, QA specialists, and architects to ensure alignment between business goals and delivered solutions.
  • Assist in defining data quality checks, reconciliation processes, and operational reporting practices.
  • Provide continuous support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing Duck Creek Clarity data solutions and BI dashboards.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience working directly with Duck Creek Clarity (Claims, Policy, Billing, Finance, or Data Foundation).
  • Strong, proven proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Hands-on experience developing dashboards, data models, and reports in Power BI.
  • Experience with cloud-based ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) or dbt.
  • Demonstrated track record in Data Modeling, Requirements Gathering, and providing end-to-end UAT Support.

Technical Depth

  • Solid working knowledge of insurance industry data models and domain workflows (Claims, Policy, Billing).
  • Practical understanding of relational databases, data warehousing concepts, and dimensional data modeling (Kimball methodology).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and software management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

Preferred Certifications

  • Snowflake Certified Associate / Core Certification
  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-200 / DP-203)
  • Relevant Duck Creek Clarity certifications or training completion

NICE TO HAVE

  • Hands-on experience or exposure to Duck Creek Insights.

  • Exposure to modern software development workflows, CI/CD for data, and git-based version control systems.
