Staff Analyst (Associate or Mid-Level)

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Staff Analyst (Associate or Mid-Level) to join our Engineering organization team in North Charleston, South Carolina.

As a Staff Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, providing insights, and supporting decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Our team is currently hiring for an Associate (Level 2) or Mid-Level (Level 3) Staff Analyst.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.

  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

  • Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources.

  • Delivers informational or technical materials.

  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.

  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.

  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.

  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.

  • Develops and deploys localized training content.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience with project management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 3: 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of experience in scheduling and logistics management

  • 3+ years of experience in MS Office

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling reports and dashboards.

  • Experience with implementing development and engagement initiatives

  • Experience with schedule, logistics and project management

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools: ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
