Contract Duration: 4-24 months
Rate: Negotiable
Salary: NA $1.00
Responsibilities:

  • Excellent employment opportunity for a Compliance Analyst in the Ridgefield, CT area.
  • Perform operational duties to support the Ethics and Compliance plan, including development of analytical reports, performing analysis of data and providing metrics and reports to support business functions.
  • Collect and review supporting documentation to ensure that that individuals comply with company policies/procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of entries in the monitoring system and shareroom.
  • Work with Ethics & Compliance team members and Business Partners to provide; monitoring results, resolve data and system issues.
  • Work with offshore Analysts in compiling necessary metrics and analysis.
  • Assist with identifying process improvements, maintaining the current monitoring system, and documenting processes and procedures.
Experience:
  • Minimum Associate's Degree - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Candidate has to be experienced in Analytics and preferably with Pharma/Med Device.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft suite), proficient in Microsoft Excel to include experience with pivot tables and V-Lookups, proficient in PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Candidate must have strong organizational and analytical skills and flexibility to manage multiple business priorities concurrently with minimal/no supervision.
  • Ability to learn systems and processes rapidly.
  • Experience with Veeva, Concur/Expense Reporting System, Aggregate Spend Systems, and Speaker Bureau Engagement Systems a plus.
