Description

The Marketing Coordinator supports Powerhouse's national growth strategy by driving integrated marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and reinforce Powerhouse's leadership in the industry.


This role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, BD, and Operations to develop campaigns, manage digital assets, and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.


Core Responsibilities:


Brand & Content Management

Maintain and update marketing materials

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across digital and print collateral.

Coordinate updates to PowerhouseNOW.com and ensure alignment with current services and case studies.

Develop project spotlights, one-pagers, and success stories for internal and external use.


Campaign Development & Execution

Support creation and scheduling of email campaigns, newsletters, and client communications.

Coordinate paid and organic social media campaigns on LinkedIn and industry platforms.

Partner with BD team to create targeted outreach assets for key ICP industries

Track campaign performance and generate analytics reports.


Sales Enablement

Collaborate with BD to build prospecting playbooks and sales decks tailored to ICP industries and decision-maker personas.

Maintain Powerhouse's marketing asset library and sales collateral repository.

Support trade show preparation, logistics, and post-event follow-up.


Digital Marketing & Analytics

Assist in managing CRM and marketing automation workflows (Salesforce).

Monitor website traffic, SEO, and digital lead generation performance.

Compile marketing KPIs (engagement, conversion, ROI) and report monthly results.


Internal Coordination

Support internal communications, including newsletters, team announcements, and culture campaigns.

Coordinate cross-departmental communication for new initiatives, launches, or rebrands.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination or digital communications (B2B preferred).

Strong copywriting, proofreading, and visual communication skills.

Experience with CRM/Marketing Automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Constant Contact).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, SEO, and content analytics tools.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

High attention to detail, quality, and brand consistency.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in commercial services, construction, or multi-site B2B industries.
