Looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager who will be responsible for understanding and assessing the changing needs of the business.. Frequently analyze the impacts of change, document and support communication between relevant groups and stakeholders, and capture requirements needed to initiate a change. Act as a liaison between technology and business departments and be the intermediary who help support and translate needs across business units and functions and an end to end project driver.

Responsibilities:

ยท Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

ยท Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders

ยท Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders

ยท Assess change-proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals

ยท Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change

ยท Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.

ยท Work with training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.

ยท Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team.

ยท Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

ยท Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

ยท Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications:

ยท Proven working experience in project management

ยท Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

ยท Excellent written and verbal communication skills

ยท Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

ยท Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

ยท Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

ยท Experience with project management software tools

ยท Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Smartsheet, Jira

ยท Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience strongly preferred

ยท Salesforce, Informatica, Azure SQL Server knowledge preferred.
