Job Description

MUST HAVE:

  • Valid/Active Passport
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the US, Canada, and Mexico for client deployments and support
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5+ years' software implementation experience as a Network Engineer withhands on Microsoft Windows, Tableau, iOS, Android, web browser, and proprietary experience
  • Working knowledge of RFID
  • Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with:
  • Computers
  • Operating systems
  • Software
  • Computer hardware and hardware peripherals(servers, networking and serial communications equipment, and proprietary hardware)
  • Experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server infrastructure and networks, and Linux operating system and commands
  • Strong hands on experience and knowledge of iOS and Android including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the iOS and Android platform
  • Scripting experience including but not limited to:
  • Python
  • Window's PowerShell
  • SQL
  • Mongo DB
  • AWS CLI (Command Line Interface)
  • Ability to study blueprints, schematics, manuals, survey results, and specifications to determine installation procedures
