Job description

Position Purpose:

The Product Content Syndication Analyst is responsible for onboarding and enriching product data and assets for retailer partner portals, ensuring all items meet compliance and quality standards. This role supports both initial large-scale onboarding projects and ongoing syndication workflows, collaborating closely with National Accounts, ERP, PIM, and DAM teams to deliver complete, accurate, and consistent product content across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Item Onboarding & Enrichment

    • Onboard new items to partner portals, ensuring required attributes, assets, and metadata are complete

    • Enrich product data post-onboarding, including data sourcing and asset collection (images, documents, copy)

  • Compliance & Troubleshooting

    • Monitor portal compliance, troubleshoot errors for items falling out of enrichment or content standards

    • Maintain awareness of retailer-specific content requirements and update as needed

  • Process Execution & Optimization

    • Support initial mass onboarding efforts aligned with business strategic initiatives, followed by steady-state ongoing item onboarding

    • Collaborate with ERP, PIM, and DAM teams to align product data standards and resolve content gaps

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Partner with National Accounts teams to ensure content meets retailer expectations

    • Provide feedback to Product Data Operations leadership to improve workflows and explore future integrations that may reduce manual work
