How Will You Contribute to the Company?
This role sits within one of Ericsson's key Business Areas, Enterprise Wireless Solutions (EWS), and its part of the EWS communications team. The role serves as a key subject matter expert for EWS' analyst relations program, and is a liaison and strategic advisor between EWS stakeholders and Ericsson's Global Analyst Relations (AR) organization.
Working closely with Communications, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Global AR, the EWS Analyst Relations Manager helps shape analyst engagement strategy, analyst presented content, coordinates participation in key industry evaluations, and ensures analyst insights are translated into actionable recommendations that support business growth, product strategy, marketing, and communications objectives.
The successful candidate is highly organized, strategic, and collaborative, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around common priorities. They understand how analyst relations influences market perception and business outcomes and excel at connecting analyst insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and business strategy. This role also understands what analysts want to hear, and can synthesize and pull through meaningful messaging, analyst briefing presentation recommendations, with the help/support of company SMEs.
Stepping into this role, you'll inherit an established analyst program with strong foundations and have the opportunity to help evolve and scale it as Ericsson continues to grow its enterprise business.
What you will do:
Analyst Strategy & Program Management
  • Partner with Ericsson's Global Analyst Relations team to coordinate analyst engagement strategies, relationship management activities, briefings, inquiries, evaluations, and analyst programs on behalf of EWS.
  • Help develop annual analyst engagement plans aligned with business priorities, launches, messaging, and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify key analysts, firms and influencers relevant to EWS priorities in enterprise networking, to support a portfolio made up of Wireless WAN (Ericsson Cradlepoint routers), private 5G, neutral host networks, and related elements that support not just the solutions, but overarching business strategy.
  • Execute verticalized analyst planning as needed/consistent with company objectives/strategy.
  • Support planning and execution of analyst engagement calendars, ensuring alignment across Communications, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales.
  • Plan and lead analyst engagements around key product launches and company news.
  • Lead and/or support keystone Analyst Days and analyst-attended events.

Industry Evaluations & Research
  • Coordinate EWS participation in industry evaluations, including Gartner Magic Quadrants, Gartner Market Guides, Forrester Waves, IDC assessments, Omdia research, and other analyst assessments.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to complete analyst surveys, questionnaires, RFIs, vendor assessments, and related submissions.
  • Support commissioned research, analyst consulting engagements, and strategic analyst initiatives.

Market Intelligence & Insights
  • Gather, synthesize, and communicate analyst feedback, market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry insights to relevant business stakeholders.
  • Translate analyst observations into actionable recommendations for Product, Marketing, Communications, and Sales teams.
  • Help identify opportunities to leverage analyst research, endorsements, findings, and market validation across marketing, communications, sales enablement, and thought leadership activities.

Stakeholder Enablement & Communications
  • Support executive preparation for analyst engagements, briefings, inquiries, Analyst Day, and strategic analyst interactions.
  • Coach internal stakeholders on analyst engagement best practices and effective briefing participation.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Communications to ensure consistent positioning, messaging, and narrative development across analyst interactions.
  • Support analyst-related activities associated with launches, announcements, major events, and strategic initiatives.

Program Operations
  • Maintain analyst engagement records, calendars, activity tracking, and reporting.
  • Support analyst relations budget tracking, vendor management, contracts, and relationship administration.
  • Attend select industry events and facilitate analyst meetings as needed.

The skills you bring:
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Communications, or a related strategic marketing function. (Must have some specific Analyst Relations experience/understanding, and preferred at least 3 years specifically in analyst relations)
  • Preferred experience in enterprise technology, networking, telecommunications, cloud, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Experience supporting analyst engagement programs and industry evaluations.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Communications, Sales, and executive teams.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and translate insights into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred
  • Experience supporting Gartner Magic Quadrants, IDC assessments, commissioned research, or comparable programs.
  • Preffered familiarity with Wireless WAN (enterprise-grade routers and supporting software plaforms), private 5G, general enterprise networking, or related technologies.
  • Experience supporting analyst events, executive engagements, or thought leadership programs.

Additional Requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 15% for key events, analyst meetings, and industry conferences.

Bonus Points
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Co-pilot and Architect.
  • Experience working in a matrixed global organization.

The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
