Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

  • Treatment Oversight: Oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing review of individualized treatment plans.

  • Staff Mentorship: Supervise and mentor BCBAs, BCaBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other clinical staff.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct case reviews, treatment plan audits, and clinical quality checks to ensure alignment with the BACB Ethics Code and ABA best practices.

  • Team Development: Lead team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing staff training.

Operations & Compliance Management

BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, center scheduling, and caseload assignments. You will handle recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new clinical and administrative staff, while conducting performance evaluations and fostering a positive team culture. This role ensures full compliance with Utah state licensing requirements, HIPAA, and insurance regulations, alongside overseeing accurate clinical documentation using practice management software like Central Reach.

Business & Community Relations

  • Referral Networks: Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including pediatricians, schools, and insurance companies.

  • Family Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for parent/caregiver concerns and communication.

  • Outreach: Represent the center in community outreach and local marketing efforts.

Strong working knowledge of ABA principles, insurance authorizations, and billing processes is mandatory, alongside a valid driver's license and a clean background check.

Compensation & Benefits

BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90k - $115k.
