aFit Staffing is seeking a Data Analyst to support a large-scale healthcare transformation initiative focused on improving data-driven decision-making and program outcomes. In this role, you'll analyze complex healthcare data, develop meaningful reporting solutions, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver insights that influence strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do

As a Data Analyst, you will:

  • Analyze complex healthcare and operational data to support strategic initiatives and organizational objectives.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions to track key performance metrics and business outcomes.
  • Gather, document, and validate business and reporting requirements from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve reporting processes and data quality.
  • Translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level documentation for leadership.
  • Support data governance initiatives and help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Assist with project planning, timelines, risk tracking, and impact assessments.
  • Partner with both technical and non-technical teams to deliver meaningful data insights.
What We're Looking For

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Public Health, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business analytics, informatics, epidemiology, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and reporting requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and common collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
