Job Description

Position Summary

As a Product Manager for Pipe-Flo, our Fluid System Analysis Software, you will lead the strategic evolution of both our legacy product line and next-generation cloud platform. This role is pivotal in driving transformation through modern architecture, enhanced user experience, and AI-powered innovation. You will define and execute a balanced roadmap that supports existing customers while accelerating adoption, growth, and measurable business outcomes for the cloud platform. Partnering with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams, you will deliver solutions that create demonstrable customer value as Revalize modernizes the platform for the future.

In your first 12–24 months, success will be measured through meaningful contributions to the launch and growth of our next-generation Pipe-Flo platform, improving customer adoption and usage of new cloud-based capabilities, and maintaining a healthy balance between supporting long-standing customers and investing in future innovations. You will build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, deliver key initiatives from the roadmap to create measurable business and customer value, and champion efforts to elevate customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Ultimately, you will establish yourself as a strategic partner and product leader in the Pipe-Flo business, accelerating growth and performance across all dimensions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap for Pipe-Flo legacy solutions and next-generation cloud platform.
  • Drive product transition efforts and accelerate customer adoption of the new cloud platform.
  • Conduct customer discovery and market engagement to identify needs, validate opportunities, and inform product decisions.
  • Oversee product delivery and execution across engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality releases.
  • Support commercialization strategies, pricing, packaging, and initiatives aimed at revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Champion AI-powered capabilities and emerging technologies to advance product innovation and improve customer outcomes.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • ​5+ years of Product Management experience in software, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
  • Experience managing full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and launch.
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate product roadmaps using customer and market data.
  • Hands-on experience working with Agile development teams and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, workflows, and strategies to enhance product outcomes.

Preferences / Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with engineering, simulation, industrial, or manufacturing software products.
  • Background in cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with subscription business models and SaaS metrics.
  • Prior involvement in launching products featuring embedded AI capabilities.

Additional Information

Revalize designates standard working hours as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) for employees based in the United States and 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET) for employees operating within the EMEA region.

This is a full-time, bonus eligible position.  Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a range. The listed compensation range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations.
