Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Scottsdale, AZ, serves as an Executive Assistant to support the organization’s leadership. Responsibilities include managing executive schedule, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The Executive Assistant will act as the main point of contact between executives and stakeholders while delivering efficient and professional support. Additional duties may include handling scheduling, correspondence, prioritizing tasks, and assisting with ad hoc projects as needed.


Qualifications

  • Proven proficiency as an Executive Administrative Assistant, 2+years of EA experience
  • Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal, with an ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Comfortable with juggling schedule for leadership, assuring schedule is set in an efficient way to maximize efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other similar tools
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload, effectively prioritizing tasks to ensure key responsibilities are completed
  • This full-time, in-office position works best for someone who can maintain a reliable schedule and be present with the team for the full workday. (This is not a part-time or remote position)
