What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and support the Amusement Attendant team to create a fun, welcoming game room environment
  • Keep all amusement areas-including arcade, laser tag, and escape rooms-clean, organized, safe, and guest-ready
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the amusement areas and keep everything running smoothly
  • Help build schedules that ensure proper coverage for daily operations, parties, and events
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Meet weekly with the General Manager to review staffing, operations, and upcoming priorities
  • Stay up to date on games, equipment, and industry trends
  • Promote awareness of the center's features, offerings, and upcoming events
  • Manage inventory by ordering supplies and prizes based on par level
  • Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and coordinate repairs for amusement equipment
  • Lead by example using Spare Time Service Standards (Code S.E.R.V.E.)
  • Stay visible on the floor-responding to guest needs, resolving issues, and keeping the experience positive
  • Confidently operate the POS system and support accurate transactions when needed
  • Handle opening and closing duties as required
  • Enforce safety rules, identify hazards, and address concerns promptly
  • Monitor guests for rule violations or signs of intoxication and take appropriate action
  • Pitch in on other tasks as needed to support the overall operation

What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years of amusement, game room, or similar experience
  • 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Someone who enjoys leading a team and staying active on the floor
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
  • Confident, approachable, and guest-focused
  • Able to stay calm, organized, and positive in a loud, high-energy environment

Work Environment
  • Fast-paced, lively setting with music, games, lasers, and lighting effects
  • Frequent interaction with large crowds, families, and kids
