Additionally, the Company owns and operates standalone family entertainment centers under the In The Game, Max Action, and Bonkers brands. The Company operates nearly 90 locations throughout the U.S
Position Summary
The Attraction Attendant is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by ensuring the safe, efficient, and enjoyable operation of attractions within the park. This entry-level role focuses on maintaining safety standards, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring each guest leaves with a positive and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests and determine their needs.
• Operate, open, and close assigned attractions in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
• Complete and document all required attraction safety and operational checklists.
• Ensure guests meet attraction guidelines before entry and secure all safety devices prior to operation.
• Monitor attractions throughout ride cycles for safety compliance.
• Address guest issues and enforce rules in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist guests on and off attractions and thank them for their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness of attractions and surrounding areas.
• Dispose of trash and perform cleaning tasks as required.
• Report any attraction deficiencies or safety concerns immediately to a supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or Manager on Duty
Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred, but not required.
• This is an entry-level position-training will be provided.
