Job Summary:
We are hiring Track Attendants/Ride Operators to help operate our, go-kart attractions and entertainment rides at the Xtreme Racing Center.
This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing great customer service, and creating fun guest experiences.
Track Attendants help ensure that rides operate safely while delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced amusement park and family entertainment environment.
Responsibilities
Track Attendants and Ride Operators are responsible for:
  • Operating go-kart tracks and amusement attractions safely
  • Ensuring all ride safety procedures and rules are followed
  • Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly attitude
  • Providing excellent customer service and guest interaction
  • Monitoring ride areas to ensure safety and cleanliness
  • Answering guest questions about rides, pricing, and park attractions
  • Assisting with birthday parties, group events, and scheduled activities
  • Maintaining a clean and organized attraction area
  • Communicating clearly with team members and supervisors
  • Creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests

Qualifications
  • Must be 16 years or older
  • Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced amusement park environment
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts
