QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience with MS365 and Teams is required
  • Applicant tracking system experience: Taleo Business Edition preferred.
     

Job Responsibilities

  • Screening resumes against job specs
  • Phone screen of candidates
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Job folder audits (to ensure applications, resumes, and intake forms are captured)
  • Posting openings on external job boards
  • Possibly audits of our systems to ensure logs and trackers match each other
