Job description

Shift: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, 4/10 schedule sometimes OT
Must-Haves:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of related mechanical inspection experience/training.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (2-year technical school certificate preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, understand basic shop math, and know basic inspection methods/gauges.
  • GD&T: Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (ANSI Y14.5M).
  • Physical: Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs and stand, walk, or bend frequently.

⚠️ Note: Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug test prior to hiring.
Responsibilities:

  • Inspect mechanical and electromechanical parts, subassemblies, and final products for engineering and quality standards.
  • Use precision measuring tools and electronic instruments to perform inspections.
  • Approve acceptable work or document rejections, reworks, and specification deviations.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and history tracking.
  • Identify, separate, and purge questionable or nonconforming stock.
